There are many mail-order companies that specialize in products for the visually impaired. Most also provide free catalogs. Remember that unless you are absolutely certain about your purchase, it is always best to try it first. Experts often feel that, especially in the case of magnifiers, you should receive an evaluation from a low vision clinic before purchase. Otherwise you may get something which you cannot use.
